Governors/District Workshop – 1 PM to 5 PM (open to all governors, lodge members, and chapter officers) – hosted at the hotel
Social Event – 7 PM to 11 PM
Late Night Youth Event – 11 PM (Hotel or Streets of Rosemont)

SATURDAY, JUNE 27

Meetings (including breakfast and lunch) will be hosted either at the hotel or off-site property
Breakfast – 8 AM – 9 PM
Joint Session Meeting (All Districts AHEPA & DOP) – 9 AM to 10 AM
District Conventions (in separate rooms) – 10 AM – 12 NOON
Lunch 12 NOON – 1:30 PM
District Convention (in separate rooms) – 1:30 PM to 5 PM
Dinner / Social Event – 7 PM to 11 PM
Late Night Youth Event – 11 PM (Hotel or Streets of Rosemont)

SUNDAY, JUNE 28

• Church – 10 AM (local church)
  Social Event (for those staying) – TBD based on those staying

MONDAY, JUNE 29

• Regional Golf Tournament – 9 AM
